The field of learning disabilities continues to draw significant attention from educators due to its direct impact on students’ ability to learn and achieve academically. Over the years, considerable efforts have been made to define the characteristics and classifications of individuals with learning disabilities. With the advancement of educational technology, it has become possible to facilitate teaching and learning through various tools and techniques, thereby transforming the teacher's role from a transmitter of knowledge to a facilitator of learning. This paper presents a theoretical perspective on the mechanisms of integrating educational technologies in teaching students with developmental learning disabilities. It provides a conceptual framework that addresses the causes and types of these difficulties, and discusses modern educational tools along with practical strategies for overcoming these challenges.
