Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
  • I declare that I have not used any artificial intelligence tools in generating, producing, or analyzing the research data or results.
  • I declare that I have not used any artificial intelligence tools to fully write the discussion or the conclusions, and that all parts of the manuscript - including the introduction, literature review, methodology, and conclusion - were written and reviewed entirely by human effort without full reliance on AI tools.
  • I take full responsibility for any content that may have been generated or modified with the assistance of artificial intelligence tools, if such tools were used in a limited and supervised manner
  • I confirm that I have read the Journal’s Authorship and Author Contributions Policy, and that all individuals listed as authors meet the authorship criteria set forth therein. I further confirm that the order of authorship has been agreed upon by all authors, that all authors have approved the final version of the manuscript submitted for publication, and that no individual who qualifies for authorship has been omitted from the list of authors.

Author Guidelines

  • The author should fill in a publication request (Form No. 01) in addition to an Unified Declaration Form- Publication Ethics and Conflict of Interest (Form No. 02). These two forms could be filled in by hand or online
  • By completing the electronic submission process and accepting the Submission Checklist and related declarations, the Corresponding Author formally confirms, on behalf of all co-authors, that the information provided is accurate and complete; that all authors have reviewed and approved the final version of the manuscript; that they have agreed to the order of authorship and the reported author contributions; and that they consent to the manuscript’s submission and agree to comply with the Journal’s policies, publication ethics standards, and submission requirements.
  • Researchers must submit original papers that do not infringe upon any copyrights, following the specified template. Authors bear full responsibility for any legal issues related to copyright or intellectual property that may arise from interested parties against the journal. The journal holds no responsibility in such matters.
  • The identification of authors and the order of authorship shall be governed by the Journal’s Authorship and Author Contributions Policy, available on the Journal’s website. All authors are required to review this policy prior to submission and ensure that they meet the authorship eligibility criteria and accurately disclose their scholarly contributions in accordance with the Policy.

  • The authors collectively bear responsibility for the accuracy of the authorship information, author order, and contribution statements provided with the manuscript submission.

  • If the research is funded by an organization, this must be acknowledged within the paper.
  • Submitted papers must not have been previously published, under review elsewhere.
  • The journal allows the submission of works derived from academic theses, provided that substantive revisions have been made to transform the thesis into an independent scholarly article, with explicit acknowledgment of its origin, and provided that the thesis has not been published previously in a scientific journal.
  • Researchers must adhere to academic writing ethics. Any detected fraud or plagiarism, whether before or after publication, constitutes a scientific offense. The journal reserves the right to reject or retract the paper and bar the author from future submissions. The journal may also notify relevant national and international academic bodies.
  • Researchers must follow proper scientific research methodology.
  • Submissions can be sent electronically via the journal’s email.
  • Text must be clearly typed, free from linguistic errors.
  • Main sections (from Introduction to Recommendations) must be numbered sequentially based on their hierarchical level.
  • The paper should not exceed 25 pages, including text, references, and appendices.
  • Page margins should be 2.5 cm on all sides.
  • For papers in Arabic: line spacing should be 1.15, using Traditional Arabic font, size 14 for the body, and 16 (Bold) for main and subheadings.
  • For papers in English, French, or Italian: line spacing should be 1.15, using Times New Roman font, size 12 for the body, and 14 (Bold) for headings.
  • Tables and figures should be placed appropriately with necessary titles and labels, using font size 12 for Arabic or other languages.
  • Page numbers should be centered at the bottom of the page using Times New Roman font, size 12.

Paper Structure Requirements

  • Title: Appears on the first page (maximum 15 words), followed by the author's name, affiliation, and email.
  • Arabic Abstract: Included on the first page, not exceeding 200 words, followed by 3 to 6 keywords.
  • English Abstract: Placed at the end of the paper, not exceeding 200 words. It should be preceded by the English version of the title, author name, and affiliation, and followed by 3 to 6 keywords.
  • Introduction: For quantitative/field research, includes theoretical framework and previous studies merged critically. Subsections may include the research problem, significance, questions, hypotheses, objectives, definitions, and limitations. For qualitative/theoretical research, introduces the topic, significance, and key elements.
  • Methods: For quantitative studies: research methodology, population and sample, tools, and procedures. For qualitative studies: research style, validity and objectivity verification, and data analysis methods.
  • Results: Quantitative studies should present results aligned with each objective/question/hypothesis. Qualitative studies should present content sequentially.
  • Discussion: In-depth analysis of results with reference to previous studies and the theoretical framework. This section may be combined with the results or omitted in theoretical studies.
  • Conclusion & Recommendations: A summary of key findings and relevant recommendations based on the results and their discussion.
  • Conflict of Interest Statement: The corresponding author must include a disclosure statement identifying any conflicts of interest for all authors, in accordance with the unified declaration form.
  • References: All cited references must be listed in alphabetical order, starting with those in the research language, followed by those in other languages, without numbering.
  • The journal follows the APA 7th Edition citation style.

Section default policy

Psychological and Social Sciences

This section is dedicated to publishing scholarly research addressing human psychological and social dimensions. It includes theoretical and applied psychology, individual and community mental health, and behavioral and social interactions in diverse contexts. The section welcomes both quantitative and qualitative studies that advance scientific understanding in these fields.

Language and Literary Studies

This section publishes specialized research in languages and literatures without restriction to specific languages. It encompasses theoretical and applied linguistics, literary criticism, discourse analysis, comparative literature, translation, and language teaching. The section encourages multilingual studies and modern methodological approaches that advance the understanding of language as a cultural and communicative system.

Historical, Geographical, and Heritage Studies

This section focuses on studies concerning human history and spatial analysis, covering history, geography, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), and tourism and heritage studies. It welcomes descriptive, analytical, and technological research contributing to the understanding of civilizations, spatial dynamics, environmental changes, and cultural heritage.

Philosophy, Information, and Education

This section is devoted to research in philosophy, education, and information science. It includes theoretical and applied philosophy, educational policies and practices, library and information science, and educational technologies. The section values work that bridges reflective inquiry and practical application in building knowledge-driven societies.
