A proposed educational role for Libyan universities to promote emancipatory education in light of a culture of change based on the ideas of "Polo Freire"

The aim of the research is to suggest a role for Libyan universities to promote emancipatory education in light of the culture of change, based on the ideas of "Polo Freire". The questionnaire was used as a research tool consisting of three dimensions, and it consisted of (30) paragraphs, and the research community consisted of (12541) male and female students, A random sample of (341) male and female students for the spring semester (2019) was selected. From the University of Misurata, and to analyze the research data, The results of the research showed that the degree to which members of the research sample expected the role of the University of Misurata to promote emancipatory education among its students was low on the two dimensions (critical thinking and problem-solving style), and medium on the dimension (the dialogue method). Under the culture of change based on the ideas of Polo Freire universities.
