Abstract

The integration of modern educational technologies in teaching is a vital and contemporary topic, as it is now widely acknowledged that a nation's progress is tied to the creativity of its people and their ability to face the demands of change. Education plays a pivotal role in societal transformation, and teaching is among the fields most affected by renewal and innovation. Educational technology, though considered relatively modern—emerging prominently after World War II—has deep historical roots dating back to ancient civilizations. The development of this field can be divided into three main stages: focus on instructional materials, on tools and equipment, and finally on teaching methods and strategies. Based on their teaching experience, the researchers observed a significant gap in the use of educational technologies, with traditional methods still dominating. This research aims to highlight the importance of employing such technologies in teaching and outlines a set of steps the researchers will undertake to promote their effective use.
