The present study aimed to examine the extent to which decision-making among Misurata University students can be predicted based on family climate patterns and personality traits. The research sample consisted of 261 students. The researcher employed a self-developed Family Climate Scale, a Decision-Making Scale, and the Five-Factor Personality Scale developed by Mohamed Heba (2011). The results indicated that openness to experience, family interaction, family cohesion, and agreeableness significantly contribute to predicting decision-making ability. Furthermore, the findings revealed no statistically significant differences between males and females regarding family climate, personality traits, and decision-making.
