effective modern educational approaches contributing to the child’s holistic development, with movement serving as a natural means of learning and exploring the environment, as emphasized by Gallahue (1996). Despite its importance, the researcher observed during supervision of student teachers in Misrata's kindergartens that institutions focus mainly on academics and neglect motor education. This study aimed to identify the key obstacles hindering the implementation of motor education programs in Libyan kindergartens in Misrata. The findings highlighted several major challenges, including the absence of planned programs from official bodies, unclear objectives, a shortage of qualified teachers, and a lack of adequate spaces, tools, and equipment for conducting motor activities.
