This study explores the theoretical framework of the essential components underpinning the educational process within the school institution, in light of the rapid and ongoing societal and cultural changes in contemporary society. It is based on the premise that the school cannot fulfill its educational and developmental roles unless it is grounded in an integrated set of components that align with labor market demands, development plans, and societal needs. The study classifies these components into three main categories: human, material, and semi-material, clarifying the nature of each category and its role in supporting school functions and meeting the needs of its individuals. Additionally, the research discusses key educational concepts, outlines the general objectives of the study, and highlights its main themes. It emphasizes the necessity for educational institutions to adopt a comprehensive approach based on the modernization and integration of educational components to ensure the effectiveness and sustainability of the educational process.
