About the Journal
The Journal of the Faculty of Arts - Misurata University is a peer-reviewed academic journal published by the Faculty of Arts at Misurata University, Libya, with two issues per year. The journal aims to publish original academic research in the fields of humanities, social sciences, and linguistics, and welcomes contributions from researchers in academic institutions both within Libya and abroad.
The journal follows an open access policy, where all published articles are freely available to read and download without any fees. Works are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), which permits reuse, redistribution, and modification for any purpose, provided that the original author and source are credited, and any changes are indicated.
The journal does not charge authors any fees for submission, review, or publication of their manuscripts. All publication costs are fully covered by Misurata University, in support of the open access model and to encourage scientific research.
Authors retain full copyright of their work upon publication. They are required to disclose any financial or institutional support received for their research, as well as to declare any potential conflicts of interest that may affect the objectivity or findings of the study. The journal also adheres to a strict privacy policy to ensure the confidentiality of personal data of authors, reviewers, and readers, and to prevent its use outside the context of scientific publishing.
