This research paper explores the social and economic determinants and their impact on the rules and standards governing social interaction within the family. It examines the resulting interactional patterns manifested through daily communication processes, the nature of the relationships between spouses, between parents and children, and among siblings. The study also highlights aspects of emotional warmth, acceptance, care, guidance, counseling, and equality within the family, in contrast to manifestations of reprimand, rejection, neglect, discrimination, and favoritism.
Recognizing the family as a cornerstone in shaping a generation capable of social interaction and contributing to community development in line with prevailing cultural norms, the study seeks to underscore the role of traditions, customs, and social norms in preserving societal identity, regulating individual behavior, and defining social roles and statuses.
