Dr. Ahmed Mohamed Al-Shalabi,

He is a Professor at the Faculty of Languages, Misurata University – Libya. He holds a Ph.D. in Comparative Literature from the University of Leeds, UK (2011), and currently serves as Director of Postgraduate Studies and Coordinator of the Master’s Program in Translation. He previously chaired the English and Arabic departments at the Faculty of Education. Dr. Al-Shalabi has published scholarly books and articles in both Arabic and English and is a member of several editorial boards and a founding member of various academic associations and journals. He is a faculty member at the Faculty of Arts, University of Misurata, and serves as Director of the Office of Educational and Social Sciences Research and Consultation at the Research and Consultation Center, University of Misurata.
He has published several peer-reviewed research papers in the fields of socialization, values, community participation, and the impact of social media. His academic interests include educational sociology, sociology of crime, and social research methodologies.

Dr. El-Gaziri has served in various administrative roles, including Head of the Geography Department and Head of the Library and Information Department. His research interests include population geography, urban planning, and the application of GIS in spatial analysis. Dr. Ali Mohammed Abdulshahed

Dr. Ali M. Abdulshahed is an Associate Professor in the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Misurata University, Libya. He holds a PhD and MSc from the University of Huddersfield (UK). He currently serves as Director of the Information and Documentation Center at Misurata University. He has published over 100 research papers in fields such as artificial intelligence and smart systems, and has contributed to internationally funded projects including HARCO and Fab Lab Libya. He serves as a reviewer for several prestigious journals such as Elsevier and MDPI.
Dr. Abdulshahed brings advanced technical skills in programming, data analysis, and electronic publishing formats, alongside experience in entrepreneurship and digital marketing training.

He holds a Ph.D. in Linguistics from Indiana University – Bloomington, USA (1984). He has extensive experience in teaching postgraduate courses such as Phonology, Semantics, Sociolinguistics, and Language Teaching Methods. He supervised over 25 MA theses in various Libyan universities.
He has authored several works, notably Simplified English Grammar and A Dictionary of Linguistic Terms (English–Arabic). He has also contributed to translation and digital publishing through his website

Prof. Hussein Masoud Abomadina
Professor of Economic Geography – Faculty of Arts – University of Sirte – Libya

He obtained his Ph.D. in Geography from the Institute of Arab Research and Studies in Cairo in 2001. He held several academic and administrative positions at the University of Sirte, including Dean of the Faculty of Arts, Head of the Geography Department, Director of the Research and Consulting Center, and University Vice President.
He has made significant contributions in the fields of economic and transport geography, co-authored scientific books, and supervised numerous academic theses. He actively participates in journal editorial boards and Arab geographical associations.

Prof. Abdullah Salem Mlitan
Professor of Civilization and Cultural Criticism – University of Tripoli– Libya

A leading professor and intellectual, he held several prominent cultural positions, including President of the Libyan General Authority for Books. He co-founded and managed numerous cultural journals and newspapers.

Associate Professor of Medieval History and Islamic Archaeology – Faculty of Arts and Humanities – University of Sfax– Tunisia
