1. Paper Template
- Research papers must be prepared using the official Conference Template, available on the conference website in Word format.
- The conference adopts the IJEIT magazine format(two-column layout, A4 paper size).
- Each paper must include the following components:
- Paper Title
- Authors’ Names and Affiliations
- Abstract
- Keywords
- Main Sections: Introduction, Methodology, Results, Discussion, References.
2. Number of Pages
- Minimum: 6 pages.
- Maximum: 10 pages (including tables, figures, and references).
- Papers exceeding the maximum may be automatically rejected or asked to be shortened before final review.
3. Peer Review Process
- All submitted papers will undergo a double-blind review process by expert reviewers.
- Papers are evaluated according to the following criteria:
- Scientific originality and quality of results.
- Clarity of presentation and organization.
- Significance of the research contribution and relevance to the conference themes.
- The scientific committee reserves the right to request partial or substantial revisions before final acceptance for publication.
4. Checking for Originality & Plagiarism
- All papers are checked using the Plagiarism Detection System.
- The maximum allowed quotation is:
- 15% maximum for general quoted texts without references.
- Any paper that exceeds these ratios is automatically rejected without scientific review.
5. Authors’ Responsibilities
- Ensure the accuracy of all information in the research paper (names, affiliations, email addresses).
- Adhere to the provided template and page count.
- Respond to reviewers' comments within the specified revision period.
- Initial delivery without author data
6. Submitting the Final Copy (Camera Ready)
- Submit the final copy by the deadline.
- Failure to submit the paper using the approved template within the specified period will disqualify it from publication.
7. Presentation Mode
- On-site presentation: This is the primary format for accepted submissions.
- Online presentation: Available only to researchers coming from outside Libya or in exceptional cases with committee approval.
- Authors must present their papers at the conference session to ensure inclusion in the official proceedings.
8. Publishing Accepted Papers
All accepted papers will be published in the International Journal of Engineering & Information Technology (IJEIT). It is issued by Misurata University.
