The Faculty of Information Technology at Misurata University, Misurata, Libya, is proud to announce the
inaugural Horizons of Information Technology conference from May 29, 2024 to June 1, 2024.
This annual summit will bring together esteemed academic researchers, leading technical institutions,
and innovative thinkers from across the globe to discuss the latest developments and challenges in
information technology and their impact on Libya and beyond. The conference topics will cover various
current and relevant computer science and technology areas, focusing on AI applications and digital
transformation and their challenges in industrial and public settings.

The researcher or a group of researchers can participate in the conference by preparing a research
manuscript on one of the conference's topics. The researchers should follow the following terms:
The number of printed pages of the submitted manuscript should be 6 pages or more and 10
pages or less.
The manuscript can be written in English or Arabic; however, English is preferred.
The electronic copy of the manuscript should be submitted to the conference online system in a docx
format through CMT
Before reviewing the manuscripts by the scientific committee, they will be checked by plagiarism
and AI generation software tools.
The deadline for receiving research papers is April 15, 2024
The researcher who uploads the paper will be considered the corresponding author
The Scientific Committee evaluates the received research, and researchers will be informed of
the result before May 15, 2024
Camera-ready version for accepted manuscripts must be uploaded before May 22, 2024
